Overview
Drive key account strategies aligned with Crocs China’s goals. Manage key accounts to ensure sales growth, strong retail operations, and brand standards. Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve financial targets and build long-term partner relationships.
What You'll Do
1. Key Account Management

Develop and execute multi-year business plans (POS growth, productivity, inventory).

Align with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Marketing, Ops, Field Sales).

Oversee forecasts, store openings/closures, and assortment planning.

Ensure compliance with company policies and guide team performance.
2. Relationship Building

Build trusted partnerships with key accounts.

Understand client needs, processes, and performance; ensure brand consistency.
3. Customer Management

Lead seasonal planning and reviews.

Set and track revenue goals, trade terms, and marketing support.

Support account profitability and streamline sales operations.
4. Financial Oversight

Ensure sales and retail targets are met.

Monitor account receivables and cash flow.

Maintain accurate financial reporting.

What You'll Bring to the Table

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
-
Experience: 8+ years in sales and store management (consumer goods/wholesale preferred)

Skills:

Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills

Fluent in English

Knowledge in retail planning and distributor management

Excellent communication, high integrity, and ownership

Travel as needed
