Overview

Lead store rollout planning and fixture budgeting in coordination with Finance, Sales, and Project teams. Manage the end-to-end store lifecycle and maintain databases for tracking and analysis.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage the annual store rollout plan.

  • Coordinate closely with Sales and Project teams on new store openings and updates.

  • Maintain project timelines, store databases, and regular KPI reports.

  • Host pipeline meetings and track progress.

  • Manage contract submissions, filing, and documentation.

  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and official communications.

  • Handle PO submissions, traffic counter data, and shopping bag budgets.

  • Continuously improve store management processes.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of retail sales operations experience

  • Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

  • Able to multitask and work cross-functionally
