Overview

  • Act as a key bridge between HQ and store teams to build a strong retail excellence system aligned with Crocs China business strategy and sales growth.

  • Provide end-to-end operational support to DTC stores to ensure effective execution of brand standards, customer experience, and operational excellence.

  • Serve as a retail consultant by coordinating internal functions and external partners to deliver high-quality execution.

  • Lead and monitor key projects across the DTC channel.

What You'll Do

1. New Retail & GTM

  • Partner with Merchandising and Marketing to execute monthly GTM plans and ensure in-store implementation.

  • Lead regular virtual store visits with cross-functional teams and track follow-ups.

  • Build a promotion best-practice library through data analysis.

  • Act as the communication bridge between office functions and store teams.

2. Retail Initiatives – Project Leadership

  • Lead retail initiatives to update SOPs and improve store efficiency, standards, and execution.

  • Drive projects to improve store KPIs (e.g. CRM programs).

  • Partner with Finance and HR on incentive programs.

  • Collaborate with Marketing on in-store marketing and offline displays.

  • Work with VM to ensure guideline compliance and strong assortment presentation.

What You'll Bring to the Table

Education: College degree or above
Experience:

  • 5+ years in retail operations or store management

  • 2+ years in multi-store or regional operations
    Skills & Knowledge:

  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint

  • Fluent English

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
    Interpersonal:

  • Effective in a cross-functional matrix environment

  • High integrity and professionalism
    Travel: As required
