Overview
The Role Title of Business Analysis Assistant Manager for BRAND (Crocs, Inc., Crocs or HEYDUDE) is responsible for analyzing complex business data and providing insights to support business decisions. The role requires a strong understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical methods and data visualization tools. The Business Analysis Assistant Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, trends and risks.
What You'll Do
- Business Planning & Forecasting
- Develop revenue forecasts and KPI breakdowns by store and channel.
- Monitor business trends and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Support team to develop the weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly business plan, bottom-Up forecasting financial plan (rolling forecast +store target) (down to KPI level, such as: CR; ATV; UPT; ASP, etc.)
- Effectively communicate with team to ensure all aligned key KPIs and plan are well executed.
- Support investment proposals, new store openings, relocations, renewals, and business case development.
- Monitor and propose recommendation for the budget control.
- Data and reporting
- Support team to develop and track regular business report including regular weekly/ bi-weekly report, etc.
- Identifying the key findings or initiatives (sales trends, specific KPI results) required to meet business plans.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations to support business decisions. Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to support business initiatives.
- Completing sales performance, cost (mainly labor cost, headcount productivity and expense) analysis as inputs to the development of regional strategies implementation and store execution plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, trends and risks.
- Business report, Finance report and HR reports.
- Operation support
- Super user for all store related systems (particularly those related to data reporting, such as Power BI) and be responsible for providing training on these systems.
- Work with HR team and DM to calculate monthly incentive and summarize attendance for store employee.
- Assist with operational preparations for new stores, track the stores’ status in the system, and update relevant information in a timely manner.

What You'll Bring to the Table
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience in Retail industry and better to have retail store operation experience.
- Strong knowledge about store operations including daily work
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Be able to work independently / under pressure
- Good team player and be able to multi-task
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis techniques and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent speaking and written in Chinese and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Committed, critical mind, resulted-oriented and passionate
- Good team player and self-motivated
