Overview

Support integrated marketing campaigns and other marketing-related projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver on brand KPIs and support business growth.

What You'll Do

1. Marketing Campaign Support

  • Execute marketing campaigns independently to meet established timelines.

  • Coordinate campaign execution with multifunctional teams (Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, E-Commerce Marketing, etc.).

  • Ensure campaign integration and alignment with commercial channels.

  • Maintain clear and efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Participate in post-campaign reviews and embed learnings for continuous improvement.

  • Support ad-hoc projects; manage timelines, workflows, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Facilitate coordination and timeline management across teams.

2. Team Support

  • Manage marketing sample orders and purchasing (GTM-related).

  • Coordinate agendas, emails, and calls for the marketing team.

  • Maintain departmental documents, correspondence, and office supplies.

What You'll Bring to the Table

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

  • 2 years in a fashion-related environment preferred

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Fast learner with a strong willingness to learn

  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills

  • Team-oriented with relationship-building ability

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and responsive

Travel:

  • As required
