Overview
The Assistant Manager of E-commerce Operation for Crocs covers multiple regional online marketplace (China30%, Malaysia 20%, Philippines 20%, South Korea 20%, other countries 10%), report to Asia E-commernce team, mainly responsible for inventory management, transaction data reconciliation, trade compliance in SAP etc.
What You'll Do
- Sort out and opitimize system inventory management processes, standardize opertiaonal documents according to different regional marketplace requirements.
- Regularly drive SAP data accuracy by completeness and integrity requirement. Including but not limit to sales data tracking, inventory movement activities, and inventory adjustments
- Responsible for managing all compliance supporting documentation
- Sort out reports of SAP sales, inventory movement data and submit analysis reports to controlling team regularly
- Support logistic monthly / quarterly / annually cycle count
- Coordinate Martetplace business team, Distribution & Logistic, Merchandising, Finance and other supporting teams in a timely manner, and guarantee on-time deliveries.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BS or BA in business, marketing or related field – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience
- At least 5 years experience FMCG, SPG, LUX, knowing relative marketplace well
- At least 3 years in logistic, customer service, compliance trade controlling or finance accouting background
- Familiar with SAP and retail POS systems, expert or master would be perfect
- Data statistic, analysis and report output capability
- Rigorous, careful and responsible working attitude, strong execution and pressure resistance, able to adpact to ambition, agility, decisiveness company culture.
- Basic English reading and writing sills for daily work document processing and business communication
