District Manager

Overview
As a district manager, your goal is to maximize sales results and profitability of both retail and partner stores in the district which has been assigned, also make sure the consistent and standardized service to our customers through operational activities.
What You'll Do
Sales management:
- Responsible for regional AOP target and achievement of store sales performance, and drive positive comp in all retail stores within the allocated territories
- Closely monitor and drive store KPIs to improve store productivities
- To identify new business development opportunities (team sales, store relocation, renovation, new openings and temp/expo)
- Closely work and leverage resource with LL to seek sales opportunities Hold accountability of store P&L, in order to control cost and expenses, match budget targets and optimize the profitability of the operation
Store operations process:
- Execute actions as per the Retail Trading Calendar, including new product launches, retail promotions and offers, Retail training, MSP and Visual Merchandising etc
- Provide relevant feedback, including store and merchandise performance trends, impact of retail promotions as well as competitive activities to corporate, in order to influence action plans required to improve performance in-stores
- Stores and market visit and instant field coaching
- Retail operations analytical and training tools development
- Execute company ad-hoc assigned task and projects
- Ad-hoc requirement if any from his/her supervisor
Retail store Inventory Management:
- To ensure proper product mix and inventory replenishment at all POS
- To regularly analyze the sales, identify slow moving items and take appropriate actions
- To manage inventory clearance planning and while meeting company policies
- Work closed with Merchandising to make the store healthy stock
- Do adjustment of display in store according to the inventory with VM quickly
Retail employees management:
- To support recruiting and optimizing retail staff according to company guidelines
- To coach, motivate and develop staffs sales performance by communicating clear strategy and implementing training for sales techniques and brand’s knowledge
- Closely monitor store staffs roster and optimize store working hours
- Leverage corporate seeding program to develop potential staff to build healthy hierarchy to meet business expansion
What You'll Bring to the Table
Education:
- College or above
Experience:
- 5 years’ retail with proven track record in district/regional store operation
Knowledge:
- Excellent people management and customer services skill
- Action oriented and deadline focused, along with commitment for delivering results
- Excellent eye for detail, to be able to notice any anomalies from acceptable standards
- Be able to work independently / under pressure
- Basic in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Interpersonal Skill:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive, aggressive and flexible
- Proven management experience in leadership & training skills
- Good team player and self-motivated
