Overview
The D&L Specialist for BRAND at Crocs, Inc. is responsible for managing end-to-end third-party logistics (3PL) operations in China, including warehouse management, domestic transportation, and inventory control. Reporting to the China D&L Manager, the specialist plays a key role in meeting financial and service-level targets while ensuring operational excellence across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels.
What You'll Do

3PL Operations Management: Supervise daily warehouse functions—receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory accuracy. Lead or assist in stocktaking and continuous improvement of storage efficiency.

Transportation & Cost Control: Manage logistics partners, plan cost-effective transportation (LTL, FTL, express), and resolve logistics issues to meet delivery performance standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., wholesale, retail, e-commerce, marketing) and external vendors to align logistics execution with business needs.

Data & Financial Analysis: Generate reports on logistics costs and defective products. Ensure financial accuracy and support cost verification and optimization efforts.

Project Support: Contribute to D&L initiatives tailored to the China market, balancing project goals with daily operational responsibilities.
What You'll Bring to the Table

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field—or equivalent experience.

3–5 years of experience in 3PL/logistics operations, including warehouse and domestic transportation.

Knowledge of SAP, KPI/SLA tracking, and P&L alignment.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; data modeling is a plus.

Effective cross-functional communication, problem-solving, and planning abilities.

Experience with intercompany transfers, import/export compliance, and e-commerce logistics is a plus.
