Overview

The D&L Specialist for BRAND at Crocs, Inc. is responsible for managing end-to-end third-party logistics (3PL) operations in China, including warehouse management, domestic transportation, and inventory control. Reporting to the China D&L Manager, the specialist plays a key role in meeting financial and service-level targets while ensuring operational excellence across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels.

What You'll Do

  • 3PL Operations Management: Supervise daily warehouse functions—receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and inventory accuracy. Lead or assist in stocktaking and continuous improvement of storage efficiency.

  • Transportation & Cost Control: Manage logistics partners, plan cost-effective transportation (LTL, FTL, express), and resolve logistics issues to meet delivery performance standards.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., wholesale, retail, e-commerce, marketing) and external vendors to align logistics execution with business needs.

  • Data & Financial Analysis: Generate reports on logistics costs and defective products. Ensure financial accuracy and support cost verification and optimization efforts.

  • Project Support: Contribute to D&L initiatives tailored to the China market, balancing project goals with daily operational responsibilities.

  •

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field—or equivalent experience.

  • 3–5 years of experience in 3PL/logistics operations, including warehouse and domestic transportation.

  • Knowledge of SAP, KPI/SLA tracking, and P&L alignment.

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; data modeling is a plus.

  • Effective cross-functional communication, problem-solving, and planning abilities.

  • Experience with intercompany transfers, import/export compliance, and e-commerce logistics is a plus.

  •
