Overview

This position supports to Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to complete FP&A work, including Strategic Plan, Quarterly Forecast, Weekly Outlook and all the management reports to business team with valid & reasonable assumptions on timely basis.

What You'll Do

Key Activities

  1. Financial Planning
  • Support on Annual planning and Quarterly Estimate for China Wholesale and Retail channel
  • Support Overhead, Marketing and D&L Planning and forecasting
  • Comparative analysis for current forecast Vs Prior Forecast Vs Plan.
  • Variance commentaries on forecasting

2. Financial Analysis

  • Responsible for enhancing and issuing reports that support business, including RTL PnL, routine management reports and other specific reports on KPIs
  • Deliver timely analysis and regular evaluation of business performance for China WHL and RTL channels
  • Analyze Overhead and D&L expenses are in line with Forecast & explain the variances, if any

3. Business Support

  • Facilitate management business review meeting
  • Facilitate store pipeline for both wholesale and retail stores
  • CAPEX tracking
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned

What You'll Bring to the Table

Education

  • Bachelor or above with major in finance or accounting

Experience

  • 5+ years in Finance in consumer goods industry
  • Work experience using complex spreadsheet (Excel) and business intelligence applications

Knowledge

  • Fluent in English, both written and speaking
  • High degree of accuracy and detail orientation.
  • Strong analytical ability, independent, hands on and detailed in work
  • Innovative, flexible and creative problem-solving skills

Interpersonal Skill

  • Ability to take initiative and adapt quickly to changes
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and business communications skill
  • Strong data processing capability
  • Good team player, could work under pressure and tight timeline, be self-motivated
