Senior Key Account Manager, Canada

Overview
The Senior Key Account Manager, Canada will support business development and growth of strategic and/or scaled retail relationships; to achieve or exceed sales and profitability objectives; selling to and leading all accounts and prospects as assigned by HEYDUDE; handling sell-thru and performance of HEYDUDE products and running long-term development of the HEYDUDE brand with its retailer partners. This role identifies marketplace opportunities, prospects and engages new customers, prepares strategic sales presentations, builds seasonal product forecasting in alignment with internal planning teams and will be responsible for account management.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end account operations from order acquisition through delivery, including sales execution, profitability, forecasting, compliance, credit claims, returns, and reporting for key accounts.

Drive pre-book and at-once sales while optimizing assortments, product mix, gross-to-net revenue, and achievement of seasonal, category, and territory sales targets.

Develop and implement strategic sell-in and sell-through plans in partnership with marketing, retail activation, and merchandising to ensure strong in-store execution, visual standards, and brand presence.

Analyze performance using retail math and marketplace insights to identify growth opportunities, underdeveloped markets, new account potential, and actions related to inventory management, markdowns, and seasonal transitions.

Prepare and deliver seasonal sales presentations aligned with HEYDUDE brand initiatives and category strategies.

Serve as a key liaison across internal teams and external partners, building positive relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, and sharing best practices across the sales organization.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-8 years of industry sales experience required; footwear experience preferred.
- 5+ years of strategic/key account experience required.
- Proficiency in English & French preferred by not required.
- Strong work experience in planning/forecasting & merchandising preferred.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Canada retail and wholesale footwear landscape and consumer insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Power Point.
- Frequent travel 50%+, overnights, night and weekend work may be required.
