Overview

The Sr. Director of Engineering Automation is responsible for leading and optimizing automation and operational performance across the Crocs and Hey Dude network. This role involves developing KPIs, responding to performance failures, and partnering with automation vendors to ensure business metrics meet expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Automation Performance: Develop and maintain KPIs, respond to performance issues, and ensure business metrics are met.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Partner with automation vendors on support plans and launch strategies.
  • Data and Digital Literacy: Use data analysis tools to influence strategic work and present insights.
  • Influential Communication: Communicate complex information clearly and influence teams and leaders.
  • Business Acumen: Develop and implement business cases, translate requirements into strategies, and drive execution.
  • Process Flow Design: Analyze and improve business processes.
  • Automation Integration: Manage project performance and document implementation plans.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop methods for improving critical processes and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 5 years’ experience, or 7 years’ experience in engineering or supply chain.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-Driven: High sense of urgency and ability to dive into problems.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage change.
  • Experience: Previous experience in high-growth environments, warehouse transitions, and automation.

Salary or Pay Range: $212,000 - $221,000  

Workplace Persona: Explorer  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
