Overview

The Lead Analyst – Supply Chain Analytics will drive data-informed decisions across Crocs’ global supply chain. This role combines strong technical skills with a deep understanding of business challenges, enabling the creation of scalable analytics solutions that support Distribution, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment operations.

 

The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical rigor, business insight, and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement across the supply chain proactively.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze end-to-end supply chain data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and develop analytics-driven solutions.
  • Identify and define new analytics initiatives, enhancements, or tools to improve decision-making and efficiency.
  • Define business requirements, assess technical feasibility, and outline timelines for analytics deliverables.
  • Support the development and prioritization of the analytics roadmap.
  • Build intuitive dashboards and tools using platforms like Power BI.
  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to analytics best practices.

 

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or related roles.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker).
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Solid understanding of supply chain domains, including distribution center, inventory, and logistics.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with machine learning and data science concepts
  • Experience with ETL tools (Alteryx, KNIME, etc.)
