Overview

As the Sales Representative, will support business development and growth of retail relationships in a specified territory in the Regional Channel; to achieve or exceed sales and profitability objectives; selling to and leading all accounts and prospects as assigned by HEYDUDE; handling sell-thru and performance of HEYDUDE products and running long-term development of the HEYDUDE brand with its retailer partners. This role identifies marketplace opportunities, prospects, and engages new customers, prepares strategic sales presentations, and will be responsible for account management.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for end-to-end account management including oversight to: order acquisition through order delivery, HEYDUDE profitability with key accounts, management and resolution of all credit claims, customer compliance issues, returns, etc.
  • Optimize HEYDUDE product sales by achieving or exceeding sales goals with assigned account base.
  • Drive top and bottom-line numbers for your assigned territories using strong intuition for business and retail math abilities.
  • Accountable for pre-book and at-once sales.
  • Lead gross to net revenues and achieve seasonal sales initiatives and category goals.
  • Lead sell-in and sell-through for assigned account in collaboration with marketing and retail activation.
  • Sells the proper quantity of assortment product that a customer can profitably retail and a quality composition of product to ensure growth in the territory.
  • Maintains updated account and sales records and analyzes and reports selling information to company on weekly basis for key accounts.
  • Provide marketplace insights to brand and leadership team (competitor information, consumer understanding, account performance, current/future market penetration, etc.).
  • Monitor model stocks and determine proper pairs and levels of inventory and timing of recommended markdowns; Plans a conversion strategy that enables a profitable transition from one season to the next.
  • Assist management routinely of problems and opportunities in the region, offers recommended solutions when management is needed.
  • Maintain a consistent frequency of in-store visitation to ensure execution of brand presence, visual roll-out/events, driving turn and door volume.
  • Accountable for preparation, planning and delivery of sales line presentations, tied to CROCS seasonal merchandising, sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Actively participate in account and HEYDUDE meetings including business reviews and sales meetings.
  • Participate in Regional Trade shows including setup and tear down responsibilities.
  • Communicate consistently and efficiently with cross-functional HEYDUDE business units including sales management, customer service, demand planning, finance, merchandising, marketing, and business development.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 2-5 years of industry sales experience required; 2+ years of footwear experience required.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of US retail and wholesale footwear landscape and consumer insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Power Point.
  • BA or BS degree required.
  • Proficiency in English required.
  • Frequent travel 50%+, overnights, night and weekend work may be required.

Title: Sales Representative 

Salary or Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
