Overview
As the Sales Manager, HEYDUDE North America Wholesale you will lead the growth and execution of our Drop Ship program and Digital Pure Player accounts across North America. You will help drive commercial success within the digital wholesale channel while ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency across partner platforms. You will lead key digital accounts, coordinate the rollout of innovative business models, and optimize digital partner experiences to increase conversion and strengthen HEYDUDE’s online presence. Teamwork will be critical, as you’ll work cross-functionally with teams in sales, eCommerce, merchandising, supply chain, marketing, partnerships, legal, and global marketplace management.
What You'll Do
- Act as the main contact for the U.S. Wholesale Dropship Program, leading all aspects of daily operations, technical implementation, and cross-functional teamwork. Assist in program growth aligned with strategic account priorities, including bringing on new partners, ensuring commercial, operational, and legal readiness, and handling debut processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement strategic plans, aid budgeting, and achieve metrics like net sales and margin.
- Lead Wholesale.com Digital Tools and Assets creation including product copy, imagery, video, and other tools to drive conversion. Identify process improvements and develop scalable workflows to improve digital content quality and consistency in partnership with internal marketing teams.
- Uphold MAP policies and guarantee adherence on digital marketplaces in collaboration with Crocs Inc. Global Marketplace Management and external agencies. Supervise seasonal MAP monitoring, mitigate grey market activities, and maintain reporting frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for wholesale leadership.
- Leverage third-party software and analytics to supervise digital trends, search behavior, and competitor activity. Provide insights to strategic account teams and conduct quarterly URL reviews to optimize partner site performance and conversion.
- Lead digital training and upskilling initiatives across the NAM wholesale team while supporting Strategic Alliance partners. Facilitate protocol sharing across North American Wholesale accounts and contribute to global brand presentation consistency.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 to 7+ years of experience in consumer goods, footwear, apparel, or related industries.
- Strong background in wholesale sales, eCommerce, digital strategies, MAP enforcement, sales operations, digital marketing, and data analytics.
- Deep understanding of footwear product lifecycles, go-to-market processes, marketplace management, and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); experience with systems administration and intranet tools preferred.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and performance data to drive decisions.
- Proven track record t balancing multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influence leadership skills; engaging with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial approach emphasizing innovation, adaptability and improvement.
- Excellent discernment in business matters and a goal-oriented attitude, proven track record to meet deadlines and attain strategic objectives.

Salary or Pay Range: $113,000 - $123,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
