Overview

The Store Sales Associate delivers exceptional consumer experience through product knowledge, customer engagement, and execution of the C.H.A.R.M. service model. This role supports all aspects of store operations while contributing to sales goals and representing the Crocs brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through the C.H.A.R.M. selling model.
  • Build meaningful connections with consumers to understand their needs and recommend products.
  • Support store sales goals and individual performance objectives.
  • Execute daily operational tasks, including merchandising, replenishment, receiving, and inventory support.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Assist with point-of-sale transactions and self-checkout operations.
  • Promote new products, campaigns, and brand initiatives to consumers.
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging shopping experience while supporting team success.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Candidates must provide employment history verification through the gov.br platform (Carteira de Trabalho Digital) as part of the hiring process.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in accordance with applicable labor legislation (CLT) and with payment of any legally required premiums.
