Overview

The Retail Expansion Specialist will support the Retail Expansion team in executing growth initiatives across Brazil. This role will assist in research, analysis, and documentation of potential retail opportunities, as well as support the coordination of new store openings with our licensed retailers.

The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. More broadly, this role will also support strategic retail projects, including transformation initiatives and systems dedicated to the store operation.

What You'll Do

· Support research and analysis of potential locations for new licensed stores

· Assist in preparing market analysis reports and business cases for licensed stores

· Collect and organize market data and competitive market information

· Support the store opening process through documentation and timeline tracking with retailers and Crocs Brazil

· Assist in coordination with Crocs Brazil internal teams for licensed store launches

· Maintain organized records of site visits and expansion opportunities with the retailer network

· Help track and compile performance metrics for new licensed stores

· Provide support on legal documentation and coordination with the Legal team related to contracts and documentation for new licensed stores and expansion projects

· Provide support for special projects and retail improvement initiatives, including systems and tools focused on the store network (such as iCrocs and other retail projects)

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in retail or real estate preferred

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
