Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist - Marketplaces is responsible for marketing the Crocs Brazil Marketplace (3P) channel. This role will create and support strategies for product visibility, content, and performance. Also responsible for managing Creators (TAP), developing TAP plans and strategies, and leading the relationship with the BR marketing team. Will play an active role in building the commercial calendar and GTM for the channel, aligned with business goals, defining KPIs (by channel, platform, and period), proposing action plans, creating control and monitoring tools, and coordinating execution with the agency and BR marketing team.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the planning and execution of Retail Media campaigns, creator (TAP) management, and creation/update of Stores.
  • Manage the 3P Go To Market Calendar
  • Communicate performance of channels, platforms, campaigns, creators, etc., through the use of reporting and analysis
  • Oversee the TikTok Shop TAP program in collaboration with the Marketing team
  • Track Performance Marketing 3P Budget Management

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BS or BA in Marketing, Publicity, Communications, or Publicity and Marketing - or equivalent years of relevant and related experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in fashion brand e-commerce managing retail media/marketplace ads; or agency experience managing retail media/marketplace ads for fashion clients; or experience in retail media platforms, preferably with fashion brands
  • Background knowledge in Affiliates and Influencer Marketing
  • Strong understanding of Marketplace Platforms (MercadoLibre, Amazon, Netshoes, Magalu, Shopee)
  • Highly passionate about digital, digital marketing, people diversity and fashion
