Overview

The Senior Manager, Digital Activation – Australia is the local digital site lead for the Australian market, accountable for end-to-end digital trading performance, with a primary focus on Crocs.com Australia.

This role owns in-market digital execution, performance optimisation, and trading inputs. While execution for Marketing, CRM, and Site Merch is centralised globally, this role ensures Australia’s commercial priorities, consumer needs, and trading signals are clearly represented and actioned in market.

The role carries a full digital remit, with emphasis on .com performance, and operates within the Digital ROW operating model, reporting directly into the Director, Digital Australia based out of the Netherlands.

What You'll Do

  • Drive day-to-day digital trading performance for Australia .com, owning revenue, conversion, and commercial KPIs.
  • Manage in-season trading actions, promotional execution, and site priorities in line with global toolkits and local market needs.
  • Communicate clear market inputs, performance insights, and trading signals to global Marketing, CRM, and Site Merchandising teams.
  • Maintain a high-quality end-to-end site experience for Australia .com, including homepage priorities, category focus, and messaging.
  • Track performance results, identify opportunities and risks, and escalate through the Digital ROW operating cadence.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Retail, Marketplace, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure a consistent consumer experience.
  • Support launch readiness, campaign execution, and post-activation performance reviews for the Australian market.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BS or BA in Business, Marketing, or related field — or equivalent years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital commerce, eCommerce, or digital trading roles.
  • Strong experience owning and optimizing DTC .com performance in a commercial environment.
  • Solid understanding of the Australian consumer and retail landscape.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear trading actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization with remote leadership.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing across functions and time zones.
