As the Personalization Specialist, you will bring a blend of creativity and consumer insight to the role, specializing in personalized footwear experiences that reflect individual style, comfort, and innovation. This role combines retail service with hands-on customization, helping customers express their style through unique shoe designs.
What You'll Do
· Greet and assist customers with selecting shoes and personalization options.
· Perform customizations such as painting, creating CHARM stories in partnership with the consumer, and/or personalizing product with other accessory additions
· Maintaining Crocs personalization standards while meeting consumer’s needs.
· Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M service model
· Place jibbitz in shoes per consumer’s requests
· Maintain a clean and organized personalization station.
· At times, may need to represent the brand and/or store on social media or at public relation events.
· Educate customers on materials, techniques, and care instructions.
· Process sales transactions and manage inventory related to personalization supplies.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
· Learn & assist in various departments, at times, within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
What You'll Bring to the Table
· Must by 18 years old or older
· Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
· Artistic skills in painting, drawing, or crafting.
· Attention to detail and ability to follow design instructions.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to climb and descend stairs and ladders carrying merchandise daily
· Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance daily
· Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store daily
· Ability to also be required to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time daily
· Ability to read instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens and to key information into the computer daily
· Portfolio of past customization work (optional but encouraged).

Title: Personalization Specialist, SOHO
Salary or Pay Range: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour
Pay is dependent on experience and geographic area.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
