Overview
The Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist (Contractor) plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the digital business, supporting the team in delivering best-in-class performance across both digital marketing and CRM. This role spans Australia and Singapore .com as well as app, and is offered as a 6-month contract.
This role will be highly collaborative, working closely with the onsite, etail/marketplace, finance, merchandising and brand marketing teams.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan out email and SMS schedule and corresponding content (i.e. email layout and SMS copy)
- Brief content requirements to creative team and action revisions as needed in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Schedule, A/B test and report on email sends in SFMC
- Refine email customer journeys through continuous testing and optimization
- Support day-to-day campaign execution
- Reviewing, revising and distributing creative assets for campaigns
- Liaising with agency partners to launch and report on campaigns
- Assist in delivering reporting requirements
- Assist with finance deliverables
Supporting Tasks:
- Support user testing in implementing new tools/UX and provide timely feedback to improve user experience
- Perform other digital marketing & CRM activities as required by the role
What You'll Bring to the Table
Experience
- 1 year working experience in a similar role
Knowledge
- Experience in SFMC required
- Experience in using ecommerce platforms (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) preferred
- Familiarity with design software preferred
