Overview

As a Retail Warehouse Store Manager you will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing warehouse processes, and assisting local stores in meeting their goals and being successful. You will also create an environment that is highly focused on operations excellence and team development.

What You'll Do

· Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including but not limited to the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of goods

· Using Analytical thinking & company reporting to identify opportunities within store, empowering the team to make creative and strategic results impacting decisions

· Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet warehouse deadlines and follow up on daily actives within the building

· Operate a 12-14 ft box truck to transport merchandise between the warehouse and retail store locations as needed

· Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods while adhering to all safety and traffic regulations

· Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition

· Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity

· Motivate a diverse, hourly workforce; lowering cost per unit while driving outstanding service.

· Strong supervisory and managerial skills to lead, guide, and fulfill the company objectives

· Assist in inventory planning and tracking of product

· Proactively contributes to crafting a team environment that is enjoyable, shares suggestions, ideas, and concerns while upholding Crocs Inc. values

· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners (e.g.; sales, store operations, and planning) establishing and maintaining effective relationships

· Well-developed associate relations skills; proven team builder with a track record of identifying and growing talent. Adept at receiving and providing effective feedback

What You'll Bring to the Table

· Must be 18 years or older

· Valid Drivers License and may be subject to a check of your driving record

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 4+ years of experience in Warehouse/Distribution Center environment

· You are a proven leader; you like to challenge, empower, and drive team results

· Proven communication skills (written and verbal) to store team, operations managers, District Managers & corporate partners

· Results driven with a high sense of urgency; adept at leading and facilitating change.

· Positive attitude and a team player; ability to lead in high pressure situations and tight deadlines.

· Flexible work schedule (which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and regular attendance is necessary

o Ability to move merchandise across the warehouse floor

o Ability to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks daily

o Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily

o Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance daily

o Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the warehouse daily

o Ability to also be required to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time daily

o Ability to read instructions, reports, and information on computer screens and to key information into computer daily

Salary or Pay Range: $58,240.00 - $65,720.00   

Pay is dependent on experience and geographic area.

 

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
