Overview
The Crocs Inc. North Las Vegas Distribution Center is looking for a result driven, self-starter, people leader to join our team as the Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, you will supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians that are responsible for keeping our buildings operational and looking great! You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the maintenance department, manage projects and service requests, work with vendors and suppliers, etc. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our facilities maintain the efficiency needed to fulfill orders from our customers, wholesale partners, and retail stores.
What You'll Do
· Supervise maintenance and facilities techs. Lead by example, represent Crocs Core Values. Mentor, conduct performance evaluations. Partner with Human Resources on employee development and retention.
· Establish and improve PM program. Manage service requests, spare parts, PM, etc. using CMMS. Deliver timely and high-quality services to internal customers.
· Support continuous improvement projects to achieve operational excellence.
· Manage facilities maintenance projects. Ensure project execution is safe, efficient, and within project timeline. Proactive communication and reporting on progress.
· Partner with facilities and equipment vendors to ensure all critical assets are serviced per schedule. Enhance service quality, minimize operational downtime, drive accountability through effective communication and escalation.
· Create cross-shift alignment through process standardization.
· Maintain high safe standard via partnership with safety team. Create PPE and JSA requirements for Maintenance team.
· Collaborate with other departments to improve distribution operations.
· Collaborate with property management on landscaping, utility, solar panels, and other CAM services.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Minimum Requirements:
· Associates degree or equivalent relevant Technical or Vocational education.
· 4 years of experience leading maintenance teams. Preferably in distribution center or manufacturing environment.
· Strong leadership and critical thinking skills. High emotional intelligence.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to set clear goals and expectations.
· Strong customer service mentality and skills.
· Flexibility in schedule; although the schedule will generally be Monday to Friday business hours, the Maintenance Supervisor must have the flexibility to support weekend and off times as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
· Experience with Microsoft Office tools, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and CMMS.
· Ability to apply safety requirements and enforce OSHA regulations.
· Experience with reading electrical, mechanical drawings and schematics for troubleshooting.
· Experience with LOTO.
· Experience with MDR conveyor, narrow belt sorter, and/or other automated conveyor / material handling systems.
· Experience with vendor management. Ability to understand and speak in technical language.
· Ability to establish and optimize PM program.
· Ability to collect data, analyze and make data-driven decisions.
· Ability to be PIT equipment certified.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
· PLC experience.
· HVAC experience.
· Metal fabrication and/or welding experience.
· PIT troubleshooting.
