Overview
The Product Execution Engineer leads new style development and oversees production execution through shipment at the assigned factories in Indonesia.
The role includes new product introductions, production transfers for existing styles, commercialization, and production compliance.
What You'll Do
- Manage new product introductions in their assigned factory, overseeing the process from development and commercialization all the way through to production.
- Take responsibility for all aspects of product operations within the factory.
- Work closely with related departments—such as Planning, Quality, Compound, and others—to ensure that production runs smoothly, quality standards are met, and OTS targets are achieved.
- Conduct manufacturing excellence audits to continuously drive improvements.
- Maintain strong business relationships between Crocs, the factory, and T2/T3 suppliers, ensuring everything is managed with the highest level of trust and integrity.
- Support various functional departments including Planning, Compound, Tooling, Quality, Costing, and Social Compliance.
- Take an active role in investigating and resolving any customer complaints to ensure we are always responsive and improving.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on shoemaking, engineering or business administration.
- High sense of integrity.
- Strong footwear background (minimum 3-5 years of shoe making experience including, technical shoe making skills).
- Can demonstrate knowledge of EVA manufacturing processes.
- Production management experience.
- Lean Manufacturing experience.
- Understand shoe development process & management.
