Overview

The Digital Project Manager will be the key project driver of Crocs and HEYDUDE Digital eCommerce facilitating ROW Digital VP’s key meeting arrangements and tracking, coordinating key digital strategic projects, and supporting ROW Digital VP and ROW Digital team on regular administrative coordination work such as event coordination and oversight

What You'll Do

Meeting coordination, facilitation and project management (50% of time)

  • Assist VP of Digital ROW to define growth strategy and initiatives to support key strategic priorities, by coordinating with cross functional and country teams.
  • Be the PMO to track the progress of strategic initiatives and drive the process to ensure these initiatives are delivered on time and with high quality. 
  • In charge of meeting arrangements for ROW Digital VP, coordinating meeting schedules with attendees and scheduling meeting rooms and making other necessary preparations.
  • Hosting the meetings for Regional & Global team visits. Facilitating logistics, hotels, meals for the visitors. (including booking flights/hotel/vehicles, etc.)
  • Assist in coordination, consolidation and completion of PowerPoints associated with Digital Commerce needs.
  • Coordinate and execute expense reports, travel applications, etc.

 

Digital Team Cross-Functional; Collaboration (25% of time)

  • Calendar Management includes scheduling meetings, appointments and events for team members.
  • Meeting Support including facilitating, taking minutes, coordinating logistics for in-person and virtual meetings
  • Travel Arrangements and coordination including travel itineraries, expense reports and travel-related support.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding for new employees, laptop, seating, onboarding schedule coordination, etc.
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with all levels of leadership, providing regular updates on project status, risks and changes.

 

Process Optimization (25%)

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years'relative working experience 
  • Excellent communications and time management skills 
  • Fluent English
