Overview

The Marketing Specialist, Channel Activation works in collaboration with the Sr. Marketing Manager  Channel Activation and wider Channel activation marketing team to develop proven scalable marketing strategies; and tailoring to wholesale partners needs and characteristics in the execution of marketing campaigns with proven ROI on engagement and sales. This specialist will act as an internal connection between the Marketing and Commercial teams, and support in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for wholesale partners. Attends wholesale account & distributor partner Preview and Sales meetings with sales teams to support sell-in; manages and oversees account marketing activations. 

What You'll Do

Drive wholesale partner marketing programs:    

  • Develops effective wholesale partner marketing programs to improve engagement and drive sales.   
  • Integrates global scalable marketing programs into local wholesale partners and tailors to local needs as necessary.    
  • Places emphasis on effective digital marketing activations with wholesale partners   
  • Establishes prioritized list of key wholesale partners with country sales teams.  
  • Manages wholesale marketing activations in the key countries in close alignment with sales and merch teams. 
  • Measures and optimizes activations and communicates to key stakeholders.

 

Support of HEYDUDE marketing guiding principles:      

  • Provides guidance on local marketing strategic priorities. 
  • Provides guidance on budgets allocations for key wholesale accounts. 
  • Provides guidance to key accounts for channel program, media, PR, and social integration.  

 

Execute HEYDUDE marketing strategy and Collaborate with internal functional teams:    

  • Responsible for developing and executing Country Wholesale Marketing Strategies. All to maximally leverage the HEYDUDE brand and product portfolio in the markets.   
  • Responsible for driving Marketing programs to increase HEYDYDE market profile and brand awareness locally. 
  • Receives GTM tools from Integrated Marketing, checks for additional localization opportunities and amplification with wholesale partners. 
  • Checks with the Integrated Marketing team, Social Media team and the Influencer team for approvals. 
  • Informs Marketing team on relevant local Marketing moments. 
  • Aligns with commercial teams to find synergies and improve collaboration and processes. 

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, ideally a master's in marketing
  • Preferably 2 years of full-time experience in Marketing with an international brand that operates in multiple channels. 
  • Fashion/Footwear industry experience is a strong plus.  
  • International experience
  • Proficiency in English. Other languages are a plus.
