Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Retail, you are instrumental in driving the success of our retail teams across Europe and surrounding markets. With a focus on elevating the capabilities of our store leaders while building the talent community for Crocs Inc. You will be responsible for performing sourcing activities, building pipelines, and anticipating future talent needs. Additionally, you will drive the recruitment and selection processes, ensuring positive candidate experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for our retail roles across ROW (Europe and India).
  • Leads as a Crocs Inc. brand ambassador delivering an outstanding candidate experience by hosting hiring events, conducting digital and social media recruitment, upholding the integrity of job postings, and ensuring a detailed interview process from start to finish.
  • Build and implement effective strategies for critical staffing locations, new store openings, and peak season hiring.
  • Acts as a collaborator, colleague, advisor, and resource to respective Regional Manager/HR Business Partners within the region to develop growing and comprehensive talent attraction and recruitment strategies.
  • Provide daily coaching, mentoring, and training with store/field leaders focusing on recruitment strategies, tools and overall hiring efforts.
  • Take proactive steps to identify and foster high-potential individuals for upcoming turnover and stores at risk within the designated market.
  • Support new store opening staffing in partnership with field leaders to ensure all roles, hiring deadlines and staffing post grand opening are at optimal levels.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Strong proficiency (both verbal and written communication) in English required, both verbal and written communication.
  • Ideal candidates will also possess written and spoken proficiency in additional local languages such as German, French, or Dutch.
  • Highly collaborative business partner with strong change management and influencing skills.
  • 3-5 + years in recruiting, sourcing, and talent management.
  • 5+ years working in the retail, footwear, fashion/apparel industry preferred.
  • Shown success in high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong proficiency in leveraging an ATS (applicant tracking system) and using it to its fullest potential.
  • Ability to support 20 – 25 requisitions concurrently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 20-30% of the time
