Overview

As a Sr. Specialist for Distributors Marketing at HEYDUDE International, based in Hoofddorp, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand’s growth in distributor markets. Reporting to the Distributors Marketing Manager, you will be the key link between the key distributor partners and the internal marketing and commercial teams. You will be responsible to co-develop impactful local Marketing plans aligned with Global strategy and meeting local needs. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure operational effectiveness, seasonal planning and execution, tool adoption, budget management, and stakeholder engagement.


Distributors include key existing territories across the entire globe: Europe (Italy, Spain, Greece, Eastern Europe,...), APAC (Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, New Zealand,...), LATAM (Mexico, Panama, Caribbean,...).
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion for the footwear industry—should have a can-do attitude and ready to roll up their sleeves with while tackling every day with a positive attitude.

What You'll Do

Support growth of Distributor markets by developing impactful local Marketing plans    

  • Work closely with local distributors teams to develop localized Marketing plans for their retail environments.
  • Ensure local plans are aligned with Global Marketing strategy.
  • Identifies brand opportunities in local distributor markets and support in day to day execution.
  • Check that execution of local Marketing activations are on brand and according to agreed seasonal marketing plan.
  • Share seasonal reports and best practices.
  • Track distributor partner budget spent and contractual marketing agreements.
  • Support Partner Retail Store openings
  • Develop and share Retail GTM calendar to Distributor partners
  • Support and track retail marketing activations in distributor markets
  • Work closely with local VM to plan and brief the retail marketing material support.


Collaborate with Marketing functional team    

  • Receive GTM tools from Integrated Marketing and distribute them to distributors in a timely manner.
  • Collect needs from local markets and brief Integrated Marketing for any material to be developed.
  • Inform Integrated Marketing on relevant local Marketing moments.
  • Liaise with Brand marketing teams members for local support.
     

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, ideally a Master's in Marketing 
  • Preferably 3 years of full-time experience in Marketing with an international brand that operates in multiple channels. Retail Marketing experience.
  • Fashion/Footwear industry experience is a strong plus. 
  • International experience. 
  • Priority Setting: Ability to take initiative, work independently and prioritize tasks; strong time-management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinking to create engaging and memorable brand activations.
  • Project Management: Skill in managing multiple complex projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Budget Management: Understanding of budgeting and financial management related to marketing activities.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing trends, consumer behaviors, and industry dynamics. 
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven ability to successfully work in a highly cross-functional matrix environment.
  • Knowledge of international fashion/trends with the ability to translate into commercial concepts.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English
