Overview
The Sr. Specialist Marketing France for Crocs is responsible for executing and driving brand, social, influencer, PR, and channel marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Manager Marketing France and based in Hoofddorp, this role ensures marketing plans are implemented with precision across all consumer and commercial touchpoints to strengthen brand presence and business growth in France.
What You'll Do
Leverage the Leadership Blueprint (Grow, Connect, Achieve, Innovate & Think) to drive impact:
- Drive Brand & Social Execution: Execute the France Organic Social Media calendar with agency partners, including content planning, localization for French audiences, and community management.
- Manage Channel Marketing: Support the rollout of global marketing programs and GTM initiatives for France wholesale partners, ensuring timely delivery of assets and in-store execution.
- Communicate Influencer & PR Strategy: Coordinate influencer campaigns and PR activities, including selection research, outreach, media tracking, and maintaining agency relationships.
- Maintain Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks such as PO creation, vendor setup, invoice tracking, and budget management.
- Track Performance & Insights: Monitor social listening and campaign performance to compile comprehensive cross-functional reports (Social, Influencer, PR, and Retail) for internal and global review.
- Innovate through Collaboration: Partner with Global, EMEA, Commercial, and Merchandising teams to ensure smooth execution of localized France initiatives.
- Connect with Partners: Act as a key point of contact for marketing activation agencies and wholesale accounts to ensure brand alignment and execution accuracy.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Marketing with international brands, preferably in Fashion, Luxury, or Entertainment (Footwear experience is a plus).
- Background knowledge in Channel Activation Marketing with a focus on Wholesale and Retail environments.
- Strong understanding of PR, Communications, Digital Marketing, and Social Media management.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate influencer programs, social media campaigns, and manage agency relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment; French language knowledge is a significant plus.
- Proactive problem-solver who is solutions-oriented and has a strong interest in Pop and Youth culture.
