Overview

As part of the European Brand Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving brand engagement and product awareness across social media in Tier 1 markets (UK, France, and Germany). You will lead relationships with key external stakeholders and social media agencies, managing and executing the organic editorial calendar across our social profiles. This includes overseeing content planning, briefing agencies, ensuring brand consistency, and aligning with broader campaign objectives.

What You'll Do

Key Accountability 1: EMEA Organic Social Media Planning and Execution

  • Grow the brand’s social media presence on locally relevant platforms in line with global strategy.
  • Responsible of the day-to-day information coordination with the agency partner ensuring all projects, consumer moments, GTM calendars are executed correctly.
  • Ensure content is engaging, culturally relevant, and consistent with brand tone and guidelines.
  • Lead SWAMP program with relevant EMEA opportunities, connecting Consumer moments, social media trends and influencers.
  • Connect and support the marketing channels teams (Brand, Collab, WHL, retail) activities with the Social Media regional strategy.
  • Support Distributors Teams with social media Calendars and content approvals, to ensure a correct brand image and effective social media strategy executions.

Key Accountability 2: Analytics and Reporting

  • Collects reports across internal and agency partners, provides top line insights and recommendations.
  • Track and analyze all outreach performance, content, conversion rates to estimate ROI and advise on best strategies for social media organic, as well as brand marketing campaigns.
  • Develop recommendations informed by consumer insights, KPIs and industry landscape.

Key Accountability 3: Digital innovation

  • Amplify Digital Innovation activations through social media.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing, with a focus on social media.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their strategic impact.
  • Proficient in using monitoring and analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills; able to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and collaborative, with the ability to adapt to shifting campaign dynamics.
  • Proactive and strategic thinker, always looking for innovative, culturally relevant, and social-first opportunities.
  • Analytical and results-driven, using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Creative and intuitive, with a strong sense for engaging content and storytelling.
  • Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
