Overview
The Sr. Merchandising Specialist for Crocs is responsible for driving the regional merchandising vision for our eTail and marketplace partners, mainly focused on Amazon, Zalando and TikTok Shop. In addition, this role will be the regional SPOC for jibbitz & accessories across all digital platforms where Crocs is operating: our own operated website, marketplace & eTail partners as well as TikTok shop. Reporting into the Sr. Manager Digital Merchandising, this role focuses on creating and landing a commercial, segmented product strategy to drive growth and brand momentum within the EMEA region.
What You'll Do
- Drive the regional merchandising strategy for eTail & marketplaces to optimize sales, margin, and inventory efficiency for the accounts Amazon, Zalando and TikTok Shop.
- Delivers the end-to-end merchandising process and supporting the wider digital merchandising team on key milestones such as seasonal buy signoffs and category review meetings.
- Achieve financial targets by partnering with demand planning to define and optimize pre- and in-season OTB strategies.
- Connect with the Global DTC team to provide input on digital EMEA assortment needs and regional product requirements for eTail and marketplaces as well as jibbitz & accesories.
- Maintain trading performance by overseeing in-season replenishment, leveraging platform-specific insights to respond to market trends together with the trading teams and key account managers.
- Teamwork collaborates with stakeholders across digital activation, social commerce, digital marketing, and our operation teams.
- Think critically to translate global merchandising frameworks into a commercial regional offer that pushes the brand forward.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Fashion or Merchandising and or a related field.
- 4+ years in merchandising, buying and or planning.
- Possesses strong stakeholder management, time management and analytical skills whilst being pro-active and thrives in a fast paste environment.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA footwear market place.
- Experience in connecting product trends and consumer needs into business opportunities.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience in working with Microstrategy, O9, SAP and or Powerbi is a plus.
