Overview
The Senior Commercial Manager of Distributors for Crocs Brand is a key role within the EMEA Distributor Commercial Team. The SNR Commercial Manager supports the Commercial Director to achieve the commercial goals for the respective geographical region (EU or MEA) leading and working closely together with our Distributor partners. They will own the full E2E operation per partner assigned
What You'll Do
- Own E2E relationship with dedicated distributor partners, build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with distributor partners to ensure mutual success
- Monitor distributor performance, sales targets and market trends to optimize distribution strategies
- Establish annual business plans and KPIs for each distributors, ensuring alignment with global distributor strategic goal
- Drive Distributor engagement calendar and own all partner communication, organize monthly partner meetings with XF teams, provide regular quarterly business reviews and propose corrective actions where needed
- Identify new market opportunities throughout all channels – retail, WHS, digital – and drive implementation in collaboration with XF teams, commercial, product, marketing.
- Maintain regular E2E ownership and provide partner feedback through orderly touch points, order analyze, inventory follow up, templates receiving and validation, shipment overview tracker, QBR and strategy deck
- Collaborate closely with internal XF departments, such as franchise operations, product, marketing, planning, finance to support distributor activities and ensure alignment with company goals
- Manage direct report of Sr. Commercial Coordinator; lead, coach and develop junior commercial team members
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Minimum Education:
- Minimum Bachelors’ Degree (or equivalent) in Business or International Management
- Knowledge of Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics
- Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience in Sales or Commercial role with an international brand that operates across multiple markets and channels (Wholesale, Retail, Digital/E-Com). Plus 2 years in Leadership
- Fashion/Footwear industry experience is a strong plus
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication, negotiation & influence skills, at Management Level
- Strong Financial & Commercial acumen
- Team Player; connects with Crocs culture & values
- Strong Organizational, Time Management & Presentation skills
- Strong command of the English language, others a plus
- Travel Requirements:
- Yes (+/- 40%)
