Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A Distribution & Logistics, plays a critical role in driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the Distribution & Logistics organization. This role partners closely with Operations, Accounting, and Commercial Finance to provide financial insights, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis that support profitable growth and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Drive: Lead monthly financial reporting and variance analysis for Distribution & Logistics expenses, providing actionable insights on performance against budget, forecast, and prior year results.
- Communicate: Build trusted partnerships with Operations, Accounting, Regional and Global Finance teams to support informed decision-making and drive financial accountability across the organization.
- Maintain/Track: Develop and maintain financial models for distribution center and transportation to improve forecasting accuracy and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Manage: Prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes for Distribution & Logistics, ensuring accurate assumptions and clear alignment with business priorities.
- Innovate: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools, driving greater efficiency and scalability across FP&A activities.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Economics
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A, preferably supporting Logistics or Supply Chain functions in a complex international, multi-channel sales environment.
- Strong technical abilities demonstrating robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel analysis skills
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Knowledge of accounting procedures
- Ability to work independent and under pressure, with quick turn-around times
- Strong communication skills; ability to effectively interact with all types of individuals, both internally and externally
- Experience with BI tools, SAP or BPC a plus
