Overview

The role of Sr. FP&A Analyst for Crocs, Inc. is responsible for supporting the International Rest of the World (ROW) commercial teams through comprehensive financial planning and analysis. Reporting to the FP&A Director, this role manages quarterly and annual forecasting, month-end closing processes, and provides critical insights to senior stakeholders in a high-performing, multi-cultural environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the quarterly and annual forecasting process for the full P&L, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • Drive the month-end closing process by reviewing the P&L and analyzing key variances against plans and prior periods.
  • Support weekly and monthly business outlooks, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities to the commercial teams.
  • Track and provide SG&A bridges and key KPIs for monthly corporate reporting and financial review decks.
  • Create, Maintain and distribute key monthly reports and prepare necessary accruals for the Accounting and Controlling teams.
  • Innovate by driving process efficiencies with a continuous improvement mindset to streamline financial reporting.
  • Achieve high-quality results on ad-hoc requests from senior stakeholders, including financial modeling and business case support.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BS or BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning within a complex, international multi-sales channel environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling.
  • Background knowledge in SAP, BPC, and BI tools is highly preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, with the ability to utilize complex formulas for day-to-day analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive under pressure with quick turnaround times.
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders through strong written and verbal English communication.
