Overview

The Sr. Demand Planner for Crocs, Inc. is responsible for developing, managing, and aligning the mid-to-long-term demand plan for assigned key accounts or channels, ensuring profitable growth and optimal inventory levels. Reporting to the Director of Wholesale Demand Planning, this role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to align on the Open-to-Buy (OTB) plan, optimize Weeks of Supply (WOS), and drive execution of sales and marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the demand plan for assigned accounts/channels, aligning with commercial objectives and adapting to market shifts.
  • Monitor pre-orders and in-season sales performance, adjusting forecasts and inventory strategies accordingly.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Merchandising to develop accurate forecasts and ensure alignment on OTB decisions.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination for promotional planning, product launches, and key product initiatives.
  • Maintain and update planning tools and systems per defined deadlines.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, planning, or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered;
  • 4–5 years of experience in OTB/Demand Planning, ideally within a wholesale key account or multichannel environment in apparel/footwear;
  • Strong expertise in OTB, WOS, and Service Level planning, with experience in Integrated Business Planning;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; experience with demand planning software (preferably o9);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven cross-functional stakeholder management;
  • Knowledge of retail and consumer trends, with the ability to translate market dynamics into planning strategies;
  • Fluency in English required.
