Overview

The Sr Commercial Director Distributor of EMEA for Crocs (Crocs, Inc., Crocs or HEYDUDE) is responsible for the full EMEA Distribution partner network. They will own the commercial responsibility and execute the Global vision for the Distribution channel adjusting to support the EMEA market requirements.

They will lead a cross functional team and be a contributing member of the Global Distribution commercial leadership team and report into the VP Global Distributors.

What You'll Do

  • Guide and direct a team of up to 20 Commercial managers, Digital managers, & Commercial coordinators – plus a non-direct/Cross Functional group of 20+ teammates
  • Own the full P&L, AOP and long-term forecasting for the EMEA region, responsible for tracking and conversion of the monthly shipping plan – as per AOP
  • Own the execution of the AOP, development of partner 5yr strategic plans incorporating global vision, and delivering new business opportunities aligned with VP Global DISTRI [provide detailed sales reports and market insights highlighting growth opportunities, risks, and competitive landscapes]
  • Develop a partner prioritization approach to the EMEA Distributor partners – lead and direct through example. Execute process to drive prioritization and elevation within pier set.
  • Coordinate the consolidation of partner data – performance, forecasting, on hand inventory and leverage the data for decision making/future business opportunities
  • Coordinate quarterly market launch meetings aligned to the FY AOP/future vision
  • Collaborate with cross functional piers to develop process’ to accelerate future growth and internal efficiencies
  • Drive an elevated consumer experience across all channels within the Distributor partners
  • Develop timelines, structure, financial roadmap, entity set up, for territory reintegration to direct market – by channel
  • Develop and execute channel segmentation across all channels within partners territories supported by Marketing and Merchandising piers – and aligned to addressable market
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities in untapped markets within EMEA or existing within partner territories. Collaborate with distributors to execute market penetration strategies and build Crocs’ brand presence.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand consistency, gather competitive insights, and assess market needs.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Business Management Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience in related field/industry [Sports or lifestyle] at Director level and above. Experience in working across all three commercial channels with the Full EMEA region including discount structuring, structure, payments
  • Full understanding [with experience] on the various Distribution partner modelling – WHLS, LCP & FOB.
  • Experience and full understanding of Distributor territories re-integration to direct market
  • Previous people management experience minimum of 12+ direct teammates – virtually and in person
  • Enhanced process & solutions-oriented mindset
  • High level of organizational skills – ability to lead and influence the direct and non-direct teams seamlessly
  • Very strong communication & negotiating skills – ability to work across multiple territories with consistency and consideration to local/regional behaviors
  • Good command of written and spoken English; other languages an advantage (Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Greek, French)
  • Knowledge of EMEA footwear, apparel and accessories competitor landscape including market shares and addressable market by territories
