Overview

The Digital Activation Specialist (DAT) plays a critical, execution‑focused role in bringing Crocs’ commercial and Go‑To‑Market plans to life across EU .com sites and apps. This is a highly operational, detail‑heavy role that requires strong project and task management, ownership mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with many moving parts.

The role is hands‑on and executional by design, with significant focus on content slotting, ticket raising, and onsite activation control. Success requires a go‑getter who proactively drives progress, chases clarity, removes blockers, and leverages AI and automation tools to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency across manual processes.

This role sits within the ROW Digital Commerce team and reports into the Sr. Manager, DAT (.Com EU).

What You'll Do

Digital Activation & Onsite Execution

  • Own the day‑to‑day onsite activation execution across Crocs EU .com sites, ensuring all campaigns, stories, and product pushes are correctly slotted, trafficked, and launched on time.
  • Execute content slotting and page placement across key site locations (homepage, category pages, landing pages), ensuring alignment to commercial priorities and trading plans.
  • Raise, manage, and track tickets for onsite changes, content updates, fixes, and activations, working closely with onsite, tech, and global hub teams.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the consumer.

Project & Task Management

  • Act as a project manager for digital activations, managing multiple concurrent campaigns, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain clear task plans, trackers, slotting calendars, and checklists to keep execution moving and ensure nothing is missed.
  • Proactively flag risks, misalignment, or delays and push for resolution, rather than waiting for direction.
  • Keep strong operational cadence with cross‑functional teams to ensure clarity, accountability, and timely delivery.

Process Improvement & AI Enablement

  • Actively leverage AI tools and automation to support briefing, ticket writing, QA checks, reporting, and workflow optimisation.
  • Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient execution processes (e.g. slotting, trafficking, reporting) and propose smarter, more scalable ways of working.
  • Continuously improve templates, briefs, trackers, and activation playbooks to increase speed and reduce execution risk.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor onsite performance post‑launch and analyse results to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Partner with analytics and channel teams to understand performance drivers and feed learnings back into future activations.
  • Support improvements across conversion, engagement, NPS, VOC, and overall consumer experience.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Customer Service, Digital & Logistics, Tech, and other operational teams to ensure smooth end‑to‑end consumer experiences.
  • Act as a reliable execution partner for both regional and global stakeholders, ensuring plans are delivered exactly as intended.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BS or BA in business, marketing or related field – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a digital roll with a commercial component
  • Background knowledge of operating in an Ecommerce team
