Overview
The Senior Specialist, Merchandising Operations & GTM – ROW for Crocs, Inc. is responsible for executing and optimizing the operational backbone of merchandising across the ROW region. The ROW region contains of EMEA, LATAM and NZA.This role ensures seamless product-to-market execution by managing key processes including sample operations, line list governance, and pricing coordination.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Merchandising Operations & GTM – ROW, this role partners closely with Regional Channel Merchandising, Global Merchandising, Finance, and Sales teams to drive accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery of merchandising outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Drive execution of the regional merchandising calendar, ensuring alignment with global timelines and key GTM milestones
- Manage end-to-end sample operations, including ordering, tracking, logistics, showroom setup, and post-event coordination
- Own and maintain seasonal regional line lists, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely communication of all updates
- Track assortment changes, pricing updates, and product data to ensure consistency across systems and stakeholders
- Communicate cross-functional updates through structured forums, meetings, and monthly merchandising communications
- Maintain pricing processes and calendars, execute pricing setup in systems (e.g Sales Force/ SAP) , MSRP alignment with global frameworks and regional pricing architecture
- Coordinate market launch (Sales Meeting) readiness by supporting deliverables, sample distribution, and stakeholder alignment
- Identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency across merchandising workflows and deliverables.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BS or BA in business, marketing, or a related field – or equivalent years of relevant experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in merchandising operations or a similar operational role
- Background knowledge in merchandising processes, product lifecycle management, and GTM execution
- Strong understanding of pricing structures, margin management, and merchandising data flows
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and process management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex timelines in a matrix organization
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills, with experience working in merchandising systems and tools
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
