Overview

The Senior Director, European Wholesale – Bricks & Mortar (B&M) for Crocs is responsible for leading the strategic direction and commercial execution of wholesale partnerships and country-specific Etail accounts across Europe. Reporting to the SVP & General Manager Crocs ROW, this executive leadership role oversees a high-performing team of Country Leaders to drive bold revenue goals and long-term brand sustainability. You will serve as a key pillar in our Amsterdam-based regional headquarters, balancing high-level matrix collaboration with hands-on strategic account management.

What You'll Do

  • Innovate & Think: Define and execute a long-term vision for the European B&M Wholesale channel, integrating market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Achieve: Drive significant revenue growth by setting and exceeding short-term KPIs while maintaining a focus on long-term profitability and brand integrity.
  • Grow: Lead, coach, and develop a multi-country team of Wholesale Leaders, fostering a culture of ownership and building a robust talent pipeline through mentoring and succession planning.
  • Connect: Own and expand executive-level relationships with key partners, such as JD Sports, leading "Top-to-Top" meetings to align on joint business plans and brand elevation.
  • Drive: Oversee the full Go-to-Market (GTM) process, ensuring accurate forecasting, planning, and sell-through tracking to improve overall channel efficiency.
  • Collaborate: Navigate a complex matrix structure, partnering with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure sales strategies are consistent with global priorities and consumer expectations.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Education: BS or BA in business, marketing, or related field—or equivalent years of relevant and related experience; an MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience in wholesale, retail, or consumer goods specifically within European markets.
  • Commercial Expertise: Proven success managing large-scale strategic accounts (e.g., JD Sports) and a track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and develop high-performing, diverse teams across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Matrix Proficiency: Strong understanding of how to influence and drive results within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the region in global forums with clarity and conviction.
  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing ambiguity and high-pressure decision-making.
  • Languages: Full professional fluency in English is required; additional European languages are highly beneficial.
