People Support Team Representative

Overview
The People Support Representative serves as a main resource for Crocs’ employees contacting our HR Service Center. You will answer employee queries via the HR Service Desk, emails and chats providing information regarding company specific HR policies and/or procedures, while following the Crocs and locally relevant guidelines. Inquiries may include, but are not limited to; employee benefit plans, paid time off, assistance navigating our systems, employee life cycle questions and payroll related questions. In some cases, issues may be raised to internal resources, including COEs and HRBPs for further research and resolution. Through processing of data and responding to many different inquiries, you will develop a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures.
What You'll Do
- Responds to inquiries and resolves matters including, but not limited to, HR policy and procedure, employee benefits including health and wellness benefits, leave management, employee life cycle.
- Serve as the administrator for the HR system (SuccessFactors). Record and track employee data, such as promotions, terminations, new hires, compensation and organization changes.
- Prepares supporting documentation for new hires, terminations and any employee life cycle changes
- Assists employees and Managers navigating SuccessFactors self-service application.
- Reviews policies, procedures & internal resource materials, through work experience develops knowledge of all subjects handled by HR Shared Services in a continuous learning environment and rotation.
- Conduct auditing and maintenance of employee files
- Administers Leaves of Absence according to specific leave laws
- Ensures accurate & timely data transfer to the Payroll Team
- Other HR Operational duties as required.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 0-2 years of HR-related experience OR a college degree in an applicable discipline
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in French/German highly preferred
- Knowledge of French labor law is strongly advantageous
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Excellent communication (written & oral), and interpersonal skills
- Focused attention to detail along with developed organizational skills
- Employee experience oriented and follow-through skills including patience and comfort engaging with challenging situations
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
