Overview
Our EMEA Digital Onsite Team are looking for an Onsite Merchandising Specialist.
As the Onsite Merchandising Specialist, you will support the execution of onsite product presentation and content strategies to optimize consumer engagement, drive conversion, and deliver a seamless shopping experience across our regional websites. This role requires a strong attention to detail, an understanding of ecommerce best practices, and the ability to work cross-functionally with global and regional teams.
What You'll Do
- Support the strategic merchandising of Crocs products across EMEA sites, including product sorting, color sequencing, category placements, and navigation to ensure optimal product discoverability.
- Execute seasonal onsite content plans, aligning with Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to support revenue and margin goals.
- Assist in planning and delivering key “mega moments” (e.g. peak campaigns and high-traffic sales events), ensuring product and content are visible and relevant to the consumer journey.
- Manage content scheduling and updates across site pages to align with promotional and seasonal business priorities.
- Coordinate the setup of new seasonal assortments as part of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and support initiatives to improve product conversion through effective merchandising tactics.
- Monitor performance of onsite campaigns and merchandising placements, contribute to weekly reporting, and recommend optimizations based on data insights.
- Conduct competitive research to understand merchandising trends and inform future content and product strategies.
- Collaborate with global and regional digital teams to represent EMEA needs and contribute to initiatives that enhance the consumer experience.
- Support the ongoing improvement of onsite merchandising workflows and prioritization processes, with a focus on efficiency and business impact.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- 2 years of ecommerce experience
