Overview
As a Manager, People Operations for ROW (Rest of World) at Crocs, you will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing our HR Operations processes, programs and function. You will oversee and guide a dedicated team of People Ops professionals, ensuring they deliver top-notch operational execution, process facilitation, internal customer service, problem-solving and general HR support. Your responsibilities will include managing daily HR Ops Processes, including Contract Facilitation, New Hire Onboarding, Compiling Pay & Wage Inputs, HR Help Tickets, Leave/Holiday Accruals Tracking, Leaves of Absence, etc. You will also personally lead the development and analysis of HR Ops processes and workstreams in partnership with our Global HR Ops Teams worldwide.
Additionally, in partnership with our HRBP Team(s) and Global Benefits, you will help oversee the execution of a variety of Benefits and/or Pay related programs, such as Company Car/Car Allowance, Pension/Retirement, Commuting Subsidies/Allowances, Netherlands 30% Tax Program and others. By monitoring team performance metrics and process analytics, you’ll drive consistent improvement in work quality and minimize errors. With your leadership skills, you’ll foster a collaborative, customer-centric team culture and directly influence your team’s growth and development.
What You'll Do
- Coach, lead and advise a team of HR Ops professionals in Europe and India, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure excellent internal customer service, high work quality and top-notch problem solving.
- Triage and prioritize the wide array of daily requests, tickets and escalations from our Global HR Teams, Crocs Inc. Employees and external vendors, ensuring timely resolution and excellent work quality.
- Lead and facilitate all HR Ops programs and workstreams for ROW Countries (Netherlands, France, Germany, UK, Austria, Italy, Nordics), focusing especially on Employment Contracts, New Hire Onboarding, Position (Headcount) Creation/Management, Leave/Holiday Accrual Tracking/Reporting/Pay, Terminations/Resignations, Monthly Payroll Input preparation and others.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, such as ticket response and resolution times, customer satisfaction feedback, and error rates.
- Collaborate with Global HR Ops, HRBP, Finance and Legal Teams to assess our compliance performance with jurisdictional rules and laws. Correct, edit or address deficiencies in partnership with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain process and workstream maps, support procedures, knowledge base articles, and employee job aids to ensure accurate, up-to-date information is available to support HR professionals and company users.
- In partnership with Global Benefits and Global HR Ops, administer a variety of Benefits programs or workstreams such as Car Allowance/Company Cars, NL 30% Tax Rule, Retirement/Pension, Tax Savings vehicles, Transit/Commuter subsidies and others.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a business partner mindset.
- Support the creation and maintenance of employee handbooks across the regions.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in leading and supervising an HR Operations Team is required. Multi-country EMEA experience strongly desired.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of a wide range of hardware, software, and network systems, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and common business applications. SuccessFactors HCM Suite experience strongly desired.
- Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with end-users, clients, and team members.
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement appropriate resolutions.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical users. Fluency in Dutch and English is required for this multi-country focused role.
