Overview
The Digital Merchandising Manager for Crocs is a 12-month maternity cover, responsible for driving the regional merchandising vision as it comes to life on our multi-brand (eTail & Marketplace) platforms. This person is responsible for creating and landing a logical and growth-orientated product strategy for our top customers within the European digital landscape. Ideal candidates are familiar with the inner-working of Amazon’s operating model.
What You'll Do
- Transform data insights to deliver accurate forecasting at granular levels.
- Share and advocate a “why” behind segmentation decisions to support key account growth.
- Enable strongest profitability position by evaluating price and making segmentation recommendations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and engage in product tracking that leads to mutually signed off commercial plans.
- Deliver product led insights for live business trading and effectively communicate to leadership the needs to execute against tactical opportunities.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BS or BA in business administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, go-to-market, or buying & trading
- Background knowledge in data analysis and commercial product
- Strong understanding of European digital landscape (outsized attention to UK and Germany)
- Highly effective communicator, able to distil complex topics into clear and actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in-season to constantly changing business realities
- Ability to present ideas, and execute responsibilities in a time sensitive manner
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite knowledge: excel, powerpoint, outlook & Power BI
- Ability to travel as needed (Europe & USA)
