Overview
The Manager, Digital Analytics, ROW is responsible for delivering eTail and marketplace channel performance and behavioral insights to inform investments and optimization across marketing, promotion, UX, and merchandising efforts. This role is uniquely positioned to influence Crocs Inc's growth strategy by leveraging data-driven insights to identify and successfully implement impactful changes.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with respective teams to continuously forecast, investigate, optimize, test, and learn.
- Accelerate the company’s knowledge of the customer and channel to inform growth and strategy.
- Own reporting and insights across key accounts to support end-to-end trading (i.e. missed demand, markdown optimization, product launch / seasonal retros, etc).
- Blend disparate data sources into dashboards for periodic business reviews and ad hoc analyses.
- Partner with BI teammates to identify issues with source data and troubleshoot resolution.
- Support forecasting and annual planning efforts in collaboration with commercial, marketing, and planning teams.
- Leverage market and competitive insights to inform financial processes.
- Articulate opportunities and risks within this channel in consideration of sell-in and sell-through trends, media spend, inventory allocation, competition, and other commercial levers.
- Business case development and financial modeling to support Strategic Initiatives.
- Collaborate with Testing team to develop learning agenda and measurement framework of tests, including results read out and interpretation of business implication.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of analytics or related experience.
- Solid understanding of eTail and marketplaces (eg: Amazon, Zappos).
- Experience with descriptive and predictive statistics.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tool required.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, or R required.
- Experience with web analytics (eg: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) strongly preferred.
- Experience with A/B or multivariate testing strongly preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to articulate ideas, frame problems, and offer solutions.
- Balanced strategic and tactical problem solver with strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and budget management skills and understanding of return on investment analysis.
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
