Overview

Key Account Manager, Etail & Marketplaces for HEYDUDE is responsible for driving profitable growth and innovation within Strategic Digital Accounts. This role will be instrumental in managing existing accounts, shaping how we integrate new partners, enhance existing marketplace capabilities, processes and operations, Reporting to Director, Etail & Marketplaces; this role will be a key part of the HEYDUDE International Digital Commerce Team.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sustainable & continuous growth managing Strategic Digital Accounts wholesale business with P&L ownership.
  • Develop long-term account plans and execute seasonal Go-to-market strategies, leveraging support from cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation.
  • Plan and own execution of account meetings (pre-line, sell-in, QBR…)
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), provide regular performance reports, and implement continuous improvement measures to drive results.
  • Identify new business opportunities, translating them into actionable business cases and process maps. (Wholesale and DTC/Marketplace business)
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams across finance, marketing, merchandising and support functions ensuring accounts’ needs are championed within the wider business
  • Deliver great digital consumer experiences, working closely with accounts, agencies and internal teams.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BS or BA in business, marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital commerce roles
  • Background knowledge in Key Account Management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset and advanced MS Office proficiency (Especially Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Occasional travel for internal meetings and account meetings in Europ
