Overview
The Junior HR Business Partner of ROW for Crocs, Inc is responsible for role for the EMEA business serving as a resource to middle management and individual contributors on related people topics across the region as well as providing employee relations and other day-to-day people support.
The Junior HRBP works to become a trusted advisor to (Sr)managers and employees in the functions that they support and develops the ability to pivot between strategy and tactical execution seamlessly. They assess and anticipate people-related needs, collaborate and partner with key stakeholders to drive innovative solutions and work to improve efficiency and the employee experience. This role will report into the Sr HR Business Partner of EMEA & Australia (ROW).
What You'll Do
- Collaborates closely with HR teams (HRBPs and HR Centers of Excellence) to support on a wide range of people and culture initiatives and projects linked to the business and people strategies globally and across the region (i.e.: Talent & Succession Planning, Performance Calibration, Organizational Effectiveness, Absence Management, Learning & Development programs etc.)
- Handles and resolves employee relations cases (investigations, sickness etc.) and facilitates a culture of learning. Partners with the legal department and partners as required
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance and support through coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions etc.
- Provides talent development and other training support and participates in initiation, evaluation and monitoring of success/impact for training programs
- Provides input and administrative support for organizational design, workforce planning and related HR processes and legal requirements
What You'll Bring to the Table
- +3 years of experience in HR within a European context.
- Netherlands HR experience is a must; additional European countries are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management; Masters is a plus
- Proven track record as a strong partner to the business and HR partners in an international matrix set up
- Understanding of general human resource subject areas, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, employment laws and training and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to collaborate across multiple functions
- Experience in coordinating and driving projects as part of cross-departmental teams
- Exposure to employment law, compliance and policy development and implementation
- Fluent in business English, both verbal and written. Other European languages are highly preferred.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and training sessions
- Proven sensitivity to confidential materials/issues
- Proficient in HRIS systems (SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office (PowerBI & SharePoint)
