Overview

The Director Distributor of HEYDUDE International is responsible for the Distribution partner network outside of North America. They will own the commercial responsibility and execute the vision for the Distribution channels across EMEA, SEA and LATAM regions.

 

They will lead a cross functional team and be a contributing member of the HEYDUDE International leadership team reporting into the VP Head of HEYDUDE International based in the Netherlands.

What You'll Do

  • Guide and direct a team of 4  Commercial managers across EMEA, SEA and LATAM
  • Own the full P&L, AOP execution and long-term forecasting for the channel, responsible for tracking and conversion of the monthly shipping plan – as per AOP
  • Development of partner strategic plans through incorporating global vision and regional needs, and delivering new business opportunities aligned with VP Head of HEYDUDE International
  • Provide detailed sales reports and market insights highlighting growth opportunities, risks, and competitive landscapes
  • Develop a partner prioritization approach to the Distributor partners – lead and direct through example. Execute process to drive prioritization and elevation within peer set.
  • Coordinate the consolidation of partner data – performance, forecasting, on hand inventory and leverage the data for decision making/future business opportunities
  • Coordinate quarterly market launch meetings aligned to the FY AOP/future vision
  • Collaborate with cross functional peers to develop process’ to accelerate future growth and internal efficiencies
  • Drive an elevated consumer experience across all channels within the Distributor partners
  • Develop timelines, structure, financial roadmap, entity set up, for territory reintegration to direct market – by channel
  • Develop and execute channel segmentation across all channels within partners territories supported by Marketing and Merchandising piers – and aligned to addressable market
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities in untapped markets or existing within partner territories. Collaborate with distributors to execute market penetration strategies and build HEYDUDE brand presence.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand consistency, gather competitive insights, and assess market needs.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Business or Bachelors Degree
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience in related field/industry (Footwear, Sports or Lifestyle)
  • Experience in working across distributor channels within EMEA, other relevant International regions (SEA, LATAM) highly advantageous
  • Skilled at operating within a matrixed global organization, partnering closely with central brand and functional teams to achieve goals with high collaboration and accountability
  • Strong people leadership experience, including remote global teams and a track record of developing talent
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, growth-oriented environments with ambiguity
  • High level of organizational skills – ability to lead and influence the direct and non-direct teams seamlessly
  • Excellent communication & negotiating skills – ability to work across multiple territories with consistency and consideration to local/regional behaviors
  • Good command of written and spoken English; Spanish or other languages an advantage
