Overview

Digital Merchandiser supports the Sr. Manager, Digital Merchandising in building consumer-right assortments and in driving commercial success across eCommerce and Marketplace platforms. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Planning, Marketing and commercial teams to align product strategy, seasonal execution, and business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Collection Development
    • Support in creating consumer-right assortments aligned with the global brand vision, regional trends, and historical performance.
    • Contribute to the development of range plans and seasonal collection architecture.
    • Ensure accurate and timely updates of all product-related information for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support digital channel segmentation plans, focusing on consumer affinity, platform strategy, and marketplace dynamics

 

  • Analysis & Market Trends
    • Conduct hindsight analysis of sell-in and sell-out data across categories & launches.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations for future product investments and assortment optimization.
    • Stay current on market trends and competitive landscape to identify regional and marketplace-specific opportunities.

 

  • GTM (Go-to-Market)
    • Collaborate with global and international teams during GTM process.
    • Support seasonal product launches and storytelling initiatives

 

  • Forecasting & Inventory Management
    • Partner with regional planning team to identify inventory gaps and opportunities.
    • Support seasonal and in-season forecasting based on trend insights, performance data, and commercial strategies.

 

  • Assist in developing and executing Promotion and markdown across all product categories to maintain inventory health and achieve revenue goals, followed by post-campaign analysis to evaluate performance and opportunities for future.
     

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Fashion/ Merchandising or related field
  • 2-4 years of Buying/ Merchandising experience
  • Ecom (DTC) experience is a plus.
  • Working experience in Fashion, Footwear or Sports Industry within Digital is a plus.
  • Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced and high performance environment
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookup, if statements, pivot tables)
  • Team player who can style-flex to different personalities.
  • Passion for Footwear trends and fashion
