Overview
The Digital Etail Specialist for HEYDUDE is responsible for providing hands-on coordination and support for digital commercial partners, marketplaces, and merchandising efforts. Reporting to the Etail team in Hoofddorp, this entry-level role ensures the smooth execution of seasonal launches and campaign reporting to drive business growth across key accounts like Amazon and Zalando.
What You'll Do
- Drive the execution of seasonal launches by providing digital partners with critical product-level data and information required for go-live.
- Manage administrative tasks across Etail and marketplace channels, including the uploading of product content such as images, descriptions, and pricing.
- Communicate and act as the primary link between Trade Marketing and the Etail team to coordinate campaign assets and creative materials.
- Maintain detailed content calendars to ensure timely updates across all digital partner platforms and external marketplaces.
- Track and report weekly KPIs and sales performance, while supporting budget tracking for digital campaigns and partner invoices.
- Achieve optimal platform health by monitoring product availability and content accuracy, escalating issues to support and improve sell-through.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BS or BA in business, marketing, or a related field—or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in digital, Etail, or commercial support.
- Background knowledge of digital marketplaces and wholesale partners, specifically Amazon and Zalando.
- Strong understanding of data collection processes and how to gather campaign imagery and copy from Go-To-Market teams.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously while meeting strict campaign deadlines.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English; proficiency in other EMEA languages is considered an advantage.
