Overview

The Digital Ecommerce Specialist for HEYDUDE is responsible for providing hands-on coordination and administrative support across digital DTC channels, merchandising, and performance marketing. Reporting to the Ecommerce team, this entry-level role ensures the smooth execution of digital campaigns and the delivery of critical business reporting within the Hoofddorp office.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the seamless execution of campaign launches by coordinating product-level data and creative assets between brand teams and digital platforms.
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of ecommerce storefronts, TikTok Shop, and other social commerce marketplaces, including the uploading of imagery, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Communicate effectively with Go-To-Market teams and external agency partners to gather and distribute necessary campaign materials and brand imagery.
  • Maintain accurate content calendars and ensure all digital platforms are updated in a timely manner to reflect current promotions and product availability.
  • Track weekly KPIs and sales performance, compiling comprehensive reports to support business decision-making and monitoring budget/agency invoices.
  • Innovate by monitoring platform health and content accuracy, proactively escalating issues to improve the overall customer journey.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • BS or BA in business, marketing, or a related field—or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
  • Minimum 0–2 years of experience in digital, ecommerce, or commercial support roles.
  • Background knowledge in digital platforms, social commerce (e.g., TikTok Shop), and performance marketing fundamentals.
  • Strong understanding of data organization and the ability to compile detailed performance reports.
  • Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel).
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a link between multiple departments, ensuring creative and technical assets are aligned.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English (additional EMEA languages are a plus) and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
