Overview
The Manager of Digital Activation (DAT) of Crocs is responsible for the Commercial strategy and execution of a key market on the Crocs website (.Com) and App. Next to this primary responsibility the second focus is the strategic ownership of one product category from a .Com and App perspective. This role sits within the ROW Digital Commerce team and reports into the Sr. Director .Com & App Europe & Australia.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute digital activation strategies for assigned markets/categories, aligning seasonal plans with global and local input to meet commercial goals.
- P&L owner of market and driver of commercial results in line with commercial targets
- Lead digital campaign planning and execution from initial briefing through activation and post-launch performance monitoring across Crocs.com and the Crocs app.
- Coordinate digital content activation and drive onsite/category performance with hub teams (Digital Marketing, Onsite & Buying & Trading).
- Optimize the consumer journey to improve .Com sales, consumer engagement, NPS, VOC, and overall brand impact.
- Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across digital initiatives and maintain strong alignment between market and global priorities.
- Drive alignment between Customer Service, Digital & Logistics, and other operational teams to ensure seamless consumer experiences.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BS or BA in business, marketing or related field – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital roll with a commercial component
- Background knowledge in operating in an Ecommerce team
- Strong understanding of the European footwear industry
- Highly commercial mindset
- Demonstrated ability to balance commercial and branded decisions supported by data
- Ability to build a digital strategy and strong presenting and influencing skills to drive this plan
